"Tried it twice in one week before giving my opinion on this place, but as much as we pay for the drinks here , they shouldn't add so much ICE , even after I say light ice , it's all ice , disappointing"
"Wish there was a zero star option. I arrived 30 minutes before I had to go into work. I pressed the red button in the stall and waited. Someone picked up but didn’t say anything and then it shut off and I kept pressing the button and no one picked up for 25 minutes. I thought of going elsewhere but realized no where else would be cheaper for what I wanted. They finally picked up. I placed my order nicely, and then it took another 10 minutes before someone told me they didn’t even get my order and by this time I was late to work so I left. Need to be better at when you answer the stall, then take the order or at least say you need a moment but I got none of that and I worked at Sonic for my first job and they would have never allowed that to happen for that long or there would have been some kind of compensation for the trouble. It would be understand if it was packed but it was just me and 4 other cars. Ridiculous."
"I ordered on the app, they were really slow, and it still took probably 10 minutes to get my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles add tomatoes, thats what the lady said when she handed it to me, and I start eating it and there are no tomatoes and there are pickles."
"I waited for 10-15 min in the drive through in the scorching heat and wasn’t even acknowledged.. I pulled around and got back in line and they were taking the car that was behind me order… so I got back in line.. and waited another 10 min before being acknowledged.. at this point I was mad bc it’s hot as heck and I’m 8 months pregnant so of course I was ill.. the girl finally came over the speaker to take my order and refused service because I was “rude”. When I pulled off she came out side to make the comments that my cars beat up because I’m so rude. She said she was a manager.. definitely need to hire better help and management because that’s unprofessional."
"The food is ok, but the fries and tots are loaded with so much sodium it could send your blood pressure through the roof. Just look at all the salt on that one fry. I have only ordered food during the 2nd shift hours. They really need to fire the person working on fries. I know fries are loaded with salt, but these people got ridiculous with it. I recommend eating elsewhere."
