"So I ordered online got the 12 piece with Mac n chz, potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw. Picked my order up at 8. Grab and go Get home the gravy was dumped out in the bag and was all over everything. Called the Store and the manager wasn't any help at all. But finally after talking to the manager she told me that was out of lids so she told the girl to just put the gravy in a bag. Never once didn't she apologize. But when I asked for her name she froze."

"My family was passing through Calhoun Georgia today and stopped at this KFC. We spent $27 on 2 10-piece chicken nugget combos and 2 wraps. When I received the food I noticed the bag was light so we parked and I opened the bag and noticed that it was only one box of food along with the two wraps. I immediately went inside and ask the manager to refund my money because they had just put all the food in one box and it was not worth the price at all. The manager was so rude, he said no. He opened up my food and looked through it, and still said no. He was trying to make me take that food that he had already plundered through. If it wasn't for the other employees I don't know what might have happened. Another employee helped prepare some fresh food so I could at least get what I paid for and leave. The manager was terrible. He definitely should not be in management. He also kept my receipt so I was unable to report him properly. He was a obese, balding, unkempt white man with no customer service. This was the worst experience I have had with a manager."

"Placed online and arrived at restaurant on pickup time only to be told that I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for chicken to cook. Trash on the tables and floor."

"Nasty, 10 people on back only one wore gloves. Everyone was handling people food. Dining area need cleaning service was not bad but not good either. Long wait time on wings. I have not been here since it was Kentucky Fried Chicken, so to me the food I remember was much better wings looked done until you get to bone Got my sister 2 piece combo she said the potatoes were still good. My partner got the Bowl she said it was mostly potatoes not good like it use to be. NO GLOVES!!!"
