"Nice park right off of Main Street. If you are visiting Rome, eat at one of their great restaurants and walk around the corner. It was clean and open with trees and benches to sit and relax or walk down to the River Water Trail, play in the fountain or take a stroll over the bridge. Interesting to see. If you happen to drive and electric car it can be charging while you enjoy your time at the park."

"The Etowah River cuts across northern Georgia for 262 km, and splits Canton into two halves. Its water trail follows it for its entire length, which includes the section flowing through Canton. A great way of getting onto the water without even having to leave the city’s boundaries, Etowah River Park is the location of a boat ramp. From here you can head either towards East Cherokee Drive around 20 km away, or Boiling Park, a much more achievable 3.2 km away. Suitable for new paddlers, the water trail shifts between entirely unspoilt woodland and rural landscapes that perfectly capture what the south is all about."

"A great place to let the kids cool off , listen to the train in a distance and the bells singing their songs. Is it possible to get sucked in a Norman Rockwell painting because if I didn't know any better today I did just that."

"This is a cute little spot to take a break, sit and play in the water. There's also a nice bridge walk to explore."
