Whiskey Throttle is the place to go for sit down, sport watching, beer drinking, finger licking BBQ. Let's talk about the Memphis style BBQ that Big Paul and the staff are smok'n and driving to your table! Big Paul has mastered the heart of Brisket making. These solid tender bits of delicious heaven melt in your mouth. You soak up the savory sauce, the perfectly prepared brisket is well seasoned, and cooked, for hours upon hours at the right heat, you really don't need to chew it, this is that good! Now, we had brisket and pulled pork with the homemade mac 'n cheese, onion rings and a baked potato. Every single item was so very good. We literally were texting, messaging and calling friends to come join us. That's right, this is a dine in sports focused gathering spot. TV's where everywhere, playing all of the games. Beer was on draft and readily available. When the weather is right, you can dine outside. Now, when Big Paul stops by your table, with a smile, firm handshake and friendly beyond compare, you will likely feel as we do. This is a great place, and you need to come on down."
