"At 3:09am the drive thru was not open on a Saturday night. I could see employees inside. The door says open 24hrs."
"McDonalds is part of the Loves Gas Station Plaza - The store was well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. My order was correct and actually hit the spot. The plaza has restrooms. Not clean. Outside of the building and concrete could use power washing."
"Loves should be embarrassed to have them in their building. This location has an absolutely startling amount of ineptitude. Waiting 10+ minutes for an order when there's 5 people in the kitchen and only one order ahead of you is unacceptable. The lobby ice maker is broken, the drink station is filthy, and the tables need to be wiped really badly. Plus the inflated truck stop prices... Don't waste your money or your time here."
"It took the over 30 minutes to make a double quarter pounder, big Mac, and 2 large fries. My big mac consisted of mainly lettus and a bunch that was falling apart. My fries were barely warm. Will never stop here again!!!!"
"Horrible experience. The lady in front of me ordered 6 burgers with Mac sauce. They skimped on the Mac sauce. When she pointed it out they treated her horribly. They refused to make it right. They contacted the general manager. She ended up asking for a refund. My food was next. I received it as you can see it in the pictures. Very rude and unprofessional. Should get zero stars."
