"Me and my girlfriend visited this location last night. After ordering and receiving our food we noticed that my girlfriends chicken sandwich was extremely dry and my burger was missing bacon and for reason had a ton of onions and I did not ask for extra. After returning our sandwiches to be remade, we asked the cashier if we could have our fries remade as well since they would’ve gotten cold waiting on the sandwiches and she said yes they will remake everything. Well after only receiving fresh sandwiches and no fries the manager CASEY told us that he wouldn’t remake our fries because the money is going to come out of his pockets. He argued with me and my girlfriend for 5 minutes and after asking for a refund since we couldn’t have an entire fresh meal he still wouldn’t give us either. I had to threaten to call the police on him just to get my money back which I think isn’t fair. When paying for food I expect everything to be hot and fresh and not an attitude behind wanting hot food. I will NEVER EVER return to this location!"
"This is not Jack in the Box; this is Jacks. I was pleasantly surprised. The biscuts rival bojangles. Truly amazing prices for southern comfort food. The food is incredible and affordable, and the variety is just right. They were generous with the jam. The bathroom needs a cleaning."
"I ordered breakfast and when I pulled up to the window they had my order ready... The food was cold... It was like they threw it together and heated it up for a few seconds and then handed it to me. And every time I order hash browns... They're very crunchy ... Like either left in the fryer too long and are burnt."
