"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bojangles, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive impression. One of the standout aspects of Bojangles is their signature fried chicken. The flavor was exceptional, with a perfect balance of crispy coating and juicy, tender meat on the inside. The chicken was seasoned to perfection, and I could taste the unique blend of spices in every bite. It's no wonder Bojangles is renowned for its chicken. In addition to the chicken, the menu offered a variety of southern-inspired sides. The seasoned fries were a hit, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the coleslaw had a tangy twist that complemented the richness of the chicken. The biscuits, though not as flaky as I'd hoped, were still delicious and served as a great accompaniment to the meal. The only reason I didn't give Bojangles a perfect 5-star rating is that the wait times during peak hours can be a bit long. It's a testament to the restaurant's popularity, but it can be frustrating when you're hungry and in a hurry. Overall, Bojangles is a fantastic choice for those craving authentic southern comfort food. The flavors are on point, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I'll definitely be returning for more of their mouthwatering fried chicken and southern sides, even if I have to be a little patient during the busy times."

"I had the best experience with this bojangles today. I work in health care, and after a long hard day at work I stopped to get some food. The lady who took my order ended up being the manager, but she was amazing. So nice and outgoing. Best experience by far !!!"

"I'm traveling and this place was near the hotel. I'm not sure what bojangles is but the pictures of the chicken sandwich looked good. So we gave it a try. Our food was cold and fries hard as rock and cold. Way over seasoned. Fries were un eat able. The chicken sandwich was good but was cold."

"This location has always been pretty good. Yesterday’s experience, not so much. My husband and I both ordered the 3 pc supremes combo w/ no drinks. We were still charged for the drinks. Our biscuits were the flattest I’ve ever seen, not good. One of the supremes my husband received in his combo was the smallest supreme, more like a chicken nugget. The cashier was not kind at all, didn’t say a word to us when we pulled up to the window. It’s the little things that mean a lot and want customers to return, yesterday’s visit makes me not want to return to this location."
