"I'm really glad we found this butcher. I purchased, among other things, a beautifully cut pork butt to make carnitas with as a birthday dinner for my wife. Carnitas takes a ton of work, but its not worth it if the meat is poor quality. It was exceptional. The price and freshness cannot be beat. We will definitely be back."

"A small local butcher. All of the meat they sell comes from a couple miles away from a local producer. I like this place because if you ask the butcher he can tell you where the meat came from. I do recommend this shop. The cuts are of meat are nice and trimed very nicely. It is good to see someone take pride in their work. I will be back!"
