"Normally everyone is very friendly here, and I have no issues, however, tonight I had a horrible experience with a very rude, judgemental and presumptuous blonde pharmacist. I am prescribed a controlled substance for panic attacks that is only taken as needed, not daily. My fiance and I are in the process of trying to figure out fertility issues. I am 37 years old, and never been pregnant before in my life. This is a sensitive and emotional subject for me. This woman brought me to the side to insinuate that I was "trying to get Xanax" while trying to conceive. There are better ways to communicate the risks of a medication than by insinuating that a patient is drug seeking without coming out and just saying it. This woman had no idea what we are going through in this process, and was so rude and condescending. I would gladly not take that prn medication if it meant we were blessed enough to have a child. The audacity of this woman to treat me the way she did without even trying to be professional and actually discuss things with me is truly appalling. Some people shouldn't do anything that deals with patients as they clearly lack compassion professionalism, and she is definitely one of them. Beyond upset and disappointed with this woman."

"I was satisfied with dropping off and picking up a prescription. This location was fast and eager to help. At drop off a young man waited on me and took time to discuss prices. He was very friendly and helpful. I only waited about 10 minutes while I picked up a few groceries. At pickup a woman waited on me and she had everything ready to go. She was friendly as well. Overall I am satisfied with this Walmart Pharmacy of Marietta Ohio."

"I have always found the staff to be very helpful and eager to solve any problem. There have been a handful of times over the years when the wait line is longer than usual. But I have never waited over 10 minutes and that is not an unreasonable amount of time."

"I've had multiple issues and run ins with the pharmacy at the Marietta Walmart. Specifically a pharmacy tech named Jodie. The pharmacist and most of the other techs are kind but Jodie is exceedingly rude and quick to anger. Most recently she hung up on me when I asked to speak directly to the pharmacist. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy."
