"I was racial profile last night at 8:30 buy a man with dreads told me I was not allowed to come inside the store and then lock the door on me at 8:30 at night store doesn't close until 10:00 p.m. and then by the time I make it back to my car he lets two black individuals inside the store I was racially profiled by your general manager, replay your cameras 8:30 November 1st, I was in a red Chevy traverse parked right in front of the store"

"I was in the store today and there was a sale on the pop. When I went to the register the price was different from what was on the shelf. I told the cashier but he didn’t care but after explaining to him he called the manager. The manager said he isn’t going to deal with it and what the registrar say goes regardless what the tag said. They were rude and unprofessional. I will never shop there again."

"Friendly staff, but this store sucks. There is always boxes everywhere and they don’t restock as often as other stores do. So one day they’ll have the paper towels you prefer then possibly never again."

"I had the most traumatic experience of my life while shopping at this family dollar after work from a manager at that, Manager Rose who I have filed a corporate complaint on. As I was minding my own business grabbing what I needed and carrying it in my hand and the basket that I was buying she approached me and said “you just want a cart because I really don’t like when people do that because they tend to steal running out my store with stuff” I responded saying “I am not going to steal I’m buying everything in my hand including the basket” She proceeded to walk pass the isle I was in multiple times and even sat there at the end of the isle for a few minutes just staring. I ask her “if she was going to follow me around the store? I am not going to steal” she said “no, I know your not going to steal because I’m going to be by the door the whole time” I went to take my stuff to the register and Rose(the manager) leans over the counter and tell the lady at the register to “make sure I pay for everything” as she proceeded to look at me and smirk. If Rose is even her real name she wouldn’t give me her last name and she said just tell them rose the manager at the Oakland park location they will know who I am. I have never been harassed and accused of going to steal something as I carry my stuff around before. Hopefully y’all do better cause that’s unacceptable whether or not people steal you can’t go around accusing everyone of going to do that."
