"This motel was great. It is not an upscale motel but very clean and great staff. Yes it’s outdated but for the price what can you expect? Some reviews said bed bugs! There were no bed bugs or any other bugs. It was very clean. I would’ve paid at another motel for one night what I paid for three nights at this motel. I will stay there again when I go back"

"They have bed bugs and refuse to give refunds. Why does the city allow this place to stay open? On top of that, there's chunks of what looked most like bug guts on the walls, lots of stains. Musty smell. They have 3 layers of sheets and mattress cases, attempting to hide the bed bugs. They've known for years that they've had bed bugs, going by the reviews. Why does this place have so many positive reviews, and why is no action taken? They put more effort into hiding the bed bugs and scamming people than it would take to resolve the issue."

"Not very welcoming. Desk clerk not very friendly and when a couple of friends who lived in town stopped by to visit the desk clerk called our room three times telling us they could not be staying there which they weren't staying there anyway and we told her that the first time but she kept bothering us. We were not loud or disturbing anyone. It was just a little too much and the place is not the cleanest either."

"Outstanding! Best deal around period. Staff is very friendly and rooms are decent especially for the price. No it is NOT a dump or a roach motel as some people have commented. Obviously it's not the Ritz Carlton.. DUH."

"This is my home town and we visit often. We have always enjoyed our stay there. I have never experienced any insect problems and my wife likes it. I used to ride the school bus by it every day 50 years ago. They have kept it up pretty nicely, especially considering it's age. I'm giving it 5 stars for now, based on the Mom & Pop style motel that it is. Will be going back soon after a couple years absence. If anything changes, so will my review."
