"Ordered a two meals for pick up, added bacon and sour cream on potatoes, neither came with bacon or sour cream even though we were charged. Pickup time stated wasn’t accurate, I didn’t walk out until 25 minutes After my pickup time. Employees just standing around, not acknowledging customers as they walk in. Not the first issue with this place, likely won’t return."

"Talked the place up, so wanted to eat here. yet they lost my order, didn't even try to say sorry or compensate sate me for the fact my lunch guest was done eating and you "plop" the plate down and run..you lost this customer for good. You knew you did wrong and didn't even say sorry for the problem, yet you want your tip up front? Yes YOU ALL SUCKED BIG TIME...TSK TSK The tea was good, yet you didn't even offer to freshen that..customer service goes a long way"
