"Over the last few months this has been our favorite fast food restaurant because we can reliably get quick and friendly service. We buy the $7.00 chicken basket and it comes with fries, soda, and a sundae. DQ does not excel in making burgers or fries but as long as the fries are fresh we can dip them in ketchup and they are fine. A lady named Sweet Pea, is always welcoming and remembers our sundae order! Feels kind of like Norm on Cheers where you have personal service when you come regularly!"
"Picked up a ice cream cake for my son birthday I had better it just didn't taste fresh wish I requested it be made that morning the Oreo cookie had no crunch the cookies inside layer also had no crunch..the customer service was terrific and fast..this was my son first ice cream cake I really wish it made a better impression.. Carvel does it right and possible fresh made..I did call to ask if I could order it but was told they are pre-made not sure how long it was in the freezer but the ice cream itself wasn't good not freezer burnt but another day or two it would have been..not rich ice cream..I will come back for our normal Oreo blizzards but never for another ice cream cake..says something when kids don't finish it or a day later ask for more!!!"
