Applebee's Grill + Bar

"No mashed potatoes....no shrimp. No pasta! No spinach dip! Loud bartender. Food was cold....VERY disappointing. They did give me a credit becUse i sent my food back...but as a result....no lunch! Worst Applebee's we have ever visited. This will be our last trip to this location."

"I went to this restaurant today with my girlfriend, daughter and when we got in there no server was available to seat us so we had to wait 10 minutes and when she arrived she seated us and it took her a very long time to get to us because it was only one server. But we decided to go wash our hands bathroom was very filthy! After we arrived back at table she still didn’t get to us and when she did it took her so long to bring our drinks, no refills, the food wasn’t good, we were served our food after waiting for almost a hour and noticed that the people who arrived wayy after us were already eating and we had been there before them and longer. My chicken sandwich was very raw in the inside ,my daughter ordered Mac’ cheese and broccoli and it was good!!! Also a dishwasher came and sat some dirty dishes that she removed from the tables that were sitting up at other tables and she sat those at table besides us and didn’t come back to get them I was really cold, atmosphere was disgusting and overall this was the by far the worst experience ever!!!"

"Went there last night and nobody even seated us they walked by us for 10 minutes. We found our own table thinking we would get service but it took forever for anyone to acknowledge us and get our drinks was another wait and then even longer for the food. Never once did the server come over and ask if we needed a refill. I even asked another server if I could please have a refill and she said yes but it never came. I had to eat with no drink and my son did as well. I was so upset I asked for To go plates and she brought them plus the refills. This was such a horrible experience and I wouldn't want to go back."

"The food was good, service was also. However the atrocity that is the woman’s bathroom was unacceptable. Not only were the floors sticky…but the toilets were disgusting. Splattered in feces, in and on the toilet themselves. Did not look to be cleaned at all. And when I looked on the floor next to the toilet…mouse droppings. I was disgusted and told my fiancé to pay because we were leaving I didn’t even want to finish my meal after that."

"The good: Was seated promptly, and every member of the staff was gracious. The server was quick to respond though seems really over worked. The bad: it isn’t the fault of the staff but the overall quality of food has diminished over the years in Applebees as a whole. It was never gourmet but at least consistent. The meat was pure fat on the ribs, and if you like fried crunchy flour with a hint of chicken this is your place. Biggest complaint was the desert. The blonde was charred on the bottom, and the sauce had turned from caramel to carbon paste. Overall not awful and deserves the three stars because of th hard work the front staff showed."
