"Went inside instead of the usual drive thru. The manager met me at the door and assisted me in my freezer order. And answered my question as to where the Dilly bars in Butterscotch were, you need to call ahead for they are all made fresh in store. Then I went to the countertop and ordered my biweekly Blizzard. I was in, out, and happy in about 5 minutes."
"It had to be a mental catastrophy to design this drive through good god. If management oked it I have to assume the employees they trained make ice cream with a sock on their hands"

The young lady at the counter was kind, gentle, patient and helpful. She never stopped smiling, and they all worked together to get us exactly what we decided on FINALLY. Great customer service.
