"we come to this location often, and unfortunately i would have to say this is the worst experience we’ve had so far.considering i also work in the food industry, im usually very patient and understanding. when we walked in there were no other customers in the restaurant and there were maybe 5 employees behind the counter. we ordered 2 large combos and our total was $41 all together. we stood and waited for about 15 minutes after placing the order, which at that point they had gotten maybe 2 or 3 more customers walk in. the kids behind the counter kept whispering and giggling which i think is very disrespectful in front of customers. on top of all that, i ordered a steak and cheese with no mushrooms but only got meat and cheese.( i still wanted my onions and peppers) i just think after the money and time we spent, they could have atleast gotten our order correct."
"So the store is clean and located in a shopping plaza well lit and safe environment. When we got inside there was nobody in line. We ordered 4 sandwiches (which the food was outstanding) and it took them at least 20 minutes to prepare it. The sweet tea was out and the lady sitting near the soda fountain said she had told the staff 30 minutes ago. I guess they didn't want to make more sweet tea. The food was tasty and cooked right so it is sad the staff can not process orders in a timely fashion because I would not eat here again with all of the other options in town"
