"We ate here for our first time. We try to support local businesses. Food and service were fine, until we went to pay and realized we were overcharged for our club sandwich. We ordered off the lunch specials which said $6.99 for a club sandwich. All the sandwiches were $6.99 under lunch specials. We were charged $9.99. when I brought it up to the manager/owner, he had a very bad attitude and said that it was obviously a misprint, how am I supposed to make any money, and that it is $9.99. I proceeded to tell the manager that it says $6.99 on your menu and that is what I'm paying. I told him it sounds like it's your problem, not mine. I couldn't believe he had an attitude and tried to blame the wrong price on me and insisted that I pay more. I have many years of restaurant experience and have a hotel/restaurant management degree. You should have apologized for the wrong price. Charged me $6.99 like the menu said and the fixed the wrong menu price on your restaurants menu! That's how you fix the problem properly! P.S. That's probably why you only had 4 customers in your restaurant at 12:30!!!"
"The service was horrible! It took over one hour to get all of our food! Four people in our party and two were served within 30 minutes and one hour later the other two in our party finally got two club sandwiches and two soups! We were told the owner was in the kitchen but she made no effort to come to our table to apologize for the terrible service! We had heard from local relatives how good the food was and were excited to try it! Well, let’s say we did try it and we will not be back!"
"Our meal was $40 for some nasty food chicken tenders was so dry you couldn’t even pull them apart the burger felt like a brick when you chewed it it was so hard. They are way over priced for food not to be good."
