"So I ordered a r44 slushie with nerds in the app. Lady days the slushie machine is down. Says they can't give me a refund or anything else. I called the app customer service spent 15 minutes waiting with them to get a refund as I'm pulling away I watched a lady order a slushie and get handed it in drive thru. Awful lying laughing lady needs to be fired."
"Foods good if you can actually get them to take an order before they close down an hour early or say they can’t make slushees for the rest of the night. Typical cordele fast food…workers wanna close early and don’t wanna serve what’s on the menu"
"The current employees are not great. I ordered a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, that's it. I was given a single burger with ketchup, mustard, and mayo, and cheese sticks. Sitting in the drive thru, the worker propped up on the window revealing her thong and her crack, blocking most of the kitchen view, where I can at least see one girl sitting on the floor. It is very obvious the employees don't care about their work, and I was honestly convinced I might get a spat in burger because of how they were acting. Do not eat here, don't give them your money."
"We attempted to order a snack from the walk up kiosk while our car charged. We pressed the button to order. We waited for almost 15 mins for someone to respond. The workers never responded or acknowledged we were there even though they could see us from their windows. We finally gave up and told the next person waiting they can order IF someone decides to acknowledge him. Needless to say, we saw him eventually walked away without being able to place an order."
"Took an hour to get our order. Everything was correct on the receipt but the food was either too burnt to eat or wrong, had a breakfast burrito and they made it completely wrong. They put chili and jalapeños with a taco shell that’s it. They was out of all drinks and half the menu, the fries tasted stale. And didn’t even get half the food we ordered. Called to talk to management to get a refund and was told they was going to call back and still have yet to call back"
