"USA POOL MANAGEMENT IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! My son worked for them as a lifeguard. He is 16 yo. This company has failed to PAY him. I have attempted to resolve the issue. I have called. My son has called. I was told by “Morris” to NOT call back. They are more than aware that he has not been paid. They continued to tell him for several months they mailed his check. They would check on the status of his check. They would call back. No call. No check. They are rude. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Fraud."

"I would give this company negative 10 stars. I live in a community that's pool is managed by USA Management the pool has been closed more then open this year. It has been closed for the lifeguards not showing up and USA not ordering the pool supplies. If you are looking for a pool management company run as fast as you can away from this company."

"Honestly, if I could give this company a lower review, I would. I am a former employee of USA Management and they couldn't have done more things wrong. They took $150 for my uniform (which consisted entirely of items I already owned) out of my paycheck even though I gave them credit card information so that I could pay up front. I had no way of viewing my paystub, but was told that I was not having taxes taken out of my paycheck because they claim to have hired me as an individual contractor instead of an employee (which no one at my pool was made aware of) which means I will have to pay taxes at the end of the year instead of receiving a tax return. It took about two days to get a response through email or phone call about any issue regarding my paychecks which they issued to me a month and a half late. One of my paychecks was less than half of what they owed me, and they had absolutely no explaination as to why that was. They also never came to visit the pool because they have NO offices in the area, so whenever we had an issue at the pool they were completely clueless as to what we should do. If anyone is contemplating working for this company, DONT. They will cheat you out of your pay. They could not care less about any of their employees and honestly should be shut down. Please don't put yourself through the daily pain that is being employed by USA Management."
