"Pretend they can get you your passport fast, but it’s a scam. They charged a lot of money for you to fill out the passport application online. Then you still have to print out the application and apply and pay the passport fee. So you are still depending on the speed of the US government to process your passport application. There is no way they can make the government process your application faster, so it’s a scam. They pretend they can ship your passport back to you faster, but what is that going to save ? 1 day, ? 2 days ??? Paying $198,- to fill out a form online ??? Tried calling them, but 7 out of the 8 times they put me on hold forever (25+ minutes) 1 out of 8 times I talked to an actual person , who promised they would call me back… did not happen. Just go to the state department website, print out the forms yourself and fill them out. It’s kind of like those foreign-visa scam sites, where they charge you a lot to get you a visa to whatever country, but in reality you can apply for them for $10,- at the embassy."
