"It seemed as though they were short of help today. I went to the drive-thru around 5:30 p.m. and waited and waited. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed my order. I was very impressed with the young man that took my order because there was only one window open. They did the best they could with what they had to work with. Good job Taco Bell and I still love your bean burritos:)"

"The service was poor, my tacos were cold, the lettuce looked old, and I asked for a strawberry creme slush, they gave me regular, with no straws and no sauce. I could not even enjoy the food. I had to go spend more money elsewhere. Y'all gotta do better!"

"The rolled chicken tacos that I ordered were so overcooked that they looked like a sausage link and the inside was burnt to a crisp. I made over 5 attempts to contact the manager to resolve the issue. I then drove back to the store and the manager on site tried to convince me that the tacos were okay. It is clear to me that customer service and customer satisfaction is at the bottom of this store's list. I wasted my hard earned money, gas to drive back, and my appetite was ruined."

"My food i received that was delivered by door dash .. not only did it take an extra hour since my original delivery time but it was also eaten off of , i did not receive my drink . When i was trying to get his attention for my drink he just stopped & pulled straight off . I hate this was the last thing i was about to eat because what if any other of my food items got messed with ? This is just cruel & disgusting ."

"I don’t even know where to begin. I hate to give a bad review, but I’ve personally never experienced this at a taco bell before. I placed my order through the taco bell app. When I went inside the store, I stood in the lobby and one employee from the back said “hi” and that was it. As I stood there waiting for my food, several more customers came into the dining area. No employee ever came to the front area. The customers waited and waited until finally one customer took it upon themselves to use the “kiosk” to order their food. There was no sign, no one said to only use the kiosk. My bigger problem was my food. I had ordered a couple burritos and several tacos. When I got home, I was completely shocked at what I found. Every taco was beyond skimpy, shell was tiny and hardly any meat and veggies inside. Then I got to the burrito supreme. It was the smallest burrito I have ever seen. I then proceeded to take a bite of my burrito supreme and immediately spit it out. The burrito was not a burrito supreme and appeared to be filled with liquid nacho cheese maybe?!? When I took a bite, the flavor of the burrito tasted like pure throw up. I have never tasted anything like this before! Taco Bell, what is the problem here?!?!?"
