"I went to order me and my kids food here last night. So I ordered the new grilled cheese fries two of them to be exact. So when I got my food I checked my food out as ALWAYS. and these mfs ! Done gave me like 7-8 fries but check this the fries in a big ol box like it was full or something. So I told the dude at the window about the situation tell me why he's trying to over talk me. And gone have the audacity to say it's not that serious the hell you say it is that serious when my hard earned money being spent so then he comes with extra fries smiling like we cool so I politely smiled at him told him I wasn't trying to argue with him or nothing but since you feel the need to be rude to me then give me my money back !! Don't ya'll know this goof ball said it always something smh !! And gave me my money back I snatched my money so hard out his hand"
"So apparently these stupid mfs thought it was a good idea to serve someone an extremely burnt burrito! It smelled like burned popcorn when I opened it up . This is unacceptable, like I wouldn’t even do my worst enemy like this . Whoever working in the kitchen count your days my guy , I was tempted to take this brick back up there and cause a scene but they’re closed now."
"I enjoy eating at Taco Bell. Its fresh, hot and tasty. The only difficult thing for me is reading the menu, which has a ton of choices. Yet they are more than willing to help me understand and locate what im looking or asking for."
"Our food was bagged instead of on a tray. My husband tried to pull his Mexican pizza out and the box opened in it hit the floor. They had no problem replacing it. Customer service at its finest. Also, it was the best Mexican pizza I have had in years. Sauces, napkins etc are well stocked. Restaurant was clean. The servers are friendly and competent Overall a nice experience"
"This place is disgusting . How do you have a manger run your business and is so rude. It is nothing to just give the food that is on menu I order. A grilled taco it was all broken up . Clearly Boone in here likes their job everyone and the entire staff was rude . All I ask her is could a change my order to something else she said no and told me to call the GM tomorrow. Clearly Taco Bell is 1 in desperation on employees or just does not pay well . This taco cost 3.79 and she would not let me credit it to a Mexican pizza . Just rude for no reason at all . Usually the manger is really nice and accommodating. I will definitely no be back here ."
