"Asia handled my policy. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was fully informed of what my policy covered and felt my security and protection needs were satisfied. I decided to switch all my policies to Allstate based on the value she promised. Like they say i feel like I’m in good hands. I ended up switching my home autos and motorcycle to Allstate. Keep up the good work Asia."

"If I could give zero stars I would, the lack of communication is ridiculous, My insurance price went through the roof almost $400 a month ! They charged my bank for 2 months without my authorization after I told them that I couldn’t afford paying that much monthly. This whole agency is ridiculous I got lucky and was able to get a refund for half of what I got charged. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH ALLSTATE!!!!"

"Worst insurance agent I ever had!! She was overly available during the two days she set my account up.. and then I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. I had to file a claim for an accident that i was not at fault for and didnt receive a citation. . But I could never reach Marvah. And apparently the number she originally reached me on, now went to a allstate call center. That had no information about my policy and always had to transfer me to a REAL agent. Extremely unprofessional, and just ghetto. Then after my claim was closed and I got my deductible back. She listed my accident as at fault on my behalf. Which caused my rates to go up and now I'm waiting on all this to be sorted out by lexis nexus bc the ppl at her office are incompetent. Or just don't care they've been NO HELP AT ALL . You will regret using them if you ever have a claim ... beware"

"I refuse to give ANY stars at all to this specific agency. I have had long standing professional relationships with my insurance companies for years with great service. However, the lack of professional communication, the agent's constant errors that I ended up having to pay increases in my premium with NO compensation or care from them. HORRIBLE!! I'm thankful to be leaving ALLSTATE and also removed Marvah Jean-Baptiste as my agency. Do Not Waste your time dealing with this office!!!! Do your research on area agents and their ratings. I found out many customers have had the same issues and bad experiences with her office. She doesn't seem to care or strive to offer great service. Customers are better off handling their own insurance themselves. I was not in GOOD HANDS with ALLSTATE!!"
