"I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the top shelf level of customer service provided by the support staff but in particular Christine at the front desk. Her professionalism, attention to details, willingness to explain and answer all questions regarding insurance and scheduling were very much appreciated. Some folks take that fir granted but it's a difference maker regarding a customer having an excellent experience. Also Norma (dental technician) was also awesome in that she is passionate about making sure she provides everything a patient needs, especially educating the patient regarding procedures and oral hygiene. "My husband and I had been going to Sage Dental in Buford for over two years. Last Dec. he had a cleaning and was told by Nicole that our insurance with Aetna covered all of it. A couple of weeks later, he received a bill for over $700. After speaking with the Buford office, they told us just to wait and see how much the insurance would pay. After going online to Aetna's Website, it showed that he only owed $50. On 1/22/2024, we received another bill for his cleaning for over $800. We called the Buford office again and they never returned our call. We will be contacting the BBB as soon as possible. We consider this as being scammed. They will also over charge your insurance company. Thousands of dollars for a cleaning."

"Terrible experience with this place. To begin, they are the rudest bunch of people I have ever came across. Secondly, they are on completely different pages. Spoke with one receptionist, confirmed my insurance with them, confirmed the appointment. An hour later another receptionist calls me tells me to come in at 10am instead of my original appointment time, and an entire different date to come in. Next day, the first receptionist calls me again confirmed my first appointment time. They are so unorganized, and I have to wait and wait for them to figure it out just to give me my second appointment time back. They call me again at 11am, and tells me if I don’t fill out the patient medical paperwork (which never came into my email) by noon, she was going to cancel my appointment. She resent it to me, and I filled it out. Day of appointment, they call me at 9:10, mind you, I live an hour and a half away, they tell me I’m late and can’t come. When my appointment only moved from 11am to 10am, per their request. The receptionist on the phone is being so rude and disrespectful, and tells us either way, I will have to pay out of pocket because they are now, out of network with our insurance. When we confirmed with them, three times that they accepted our insurance. I told her it made so sense, they confirmed that they insurance 4 days ago, and the receptionist interrupted me to say, “like I said, we are no longer in network, and your consultation is $315, so if you can’t pay it, call back and schedule for another day”. And hangs up in my face! Complete waste of time. I took off work to be there. I have been at a pain level of 10 since Monday. Which I explained to them, it is now Thursday, and I am back to square one. I looked it up online, on my insurance portal, as well as their website, and they are in network with my insurance plan. I would not go here if every single tooth in my mouth depended on it, and you shouldn’t either. Bad energy."
