Huffing and puffing on the phone, abruptly hanging up, cutting me off when speaking like I don’t know what I’m talking about, when in fact, they are the ones not listening! "Whoever answered the phone the first time hung up on me the second time was so rude I was just trying to figure out the status of my medication being in so much pain had so much unnecessary attitude why work in this environment having to deal with people on a daily basis if you’re gonna be so disrespectful. Brushed off all my questions I had and was super sassy. She should be fired find a new job or be a decent human being it was disgusting. This is not how Publix treats people"

"Usually the pharmacy is awesome. However, November 10th at 4:45pm, I went to pick up meds and it was extremely busy. Many people standing in line because there was a new employee and he is learning. The problem wasn't with the new employee, he was working very hard. The problem was the two pharmacists who ignored the line and kept chatting while the new employee and a super stressed pharmacy technician tried to fill orders. The poor pharmacy technician even had to ask one of pharmacist repeatedly to verify an order. I really felt sorry for the two that were doing their best."
