"Ordered chili cheese tots got cheese tots, ordered a Dr. Pepper got a sprite, and the bathroom was locked up so we had to use hand sanitizer before we ate. Sad very sad. Food not that great either. First time I ever ate sonic food and it will probably be the last. I make better chile and hotdogs at home for half the price."
"I see why they are rated so poorly. I ordered two meals one for me and one for my child and both were cold and stale. Imagine spending your hard earned money on food that you have to go home and warm up? Ridiculous! I sat at the window and watched how they just ignored the fact that I, a Customer was there trying to get their attention because I ordered the wrong burrito, which was my fault. I can never remember which has what on it, but to be told that they don't give away free food because I wanted to swap out for the burrito that I intended to get was very rude and demeaning! The workers are very rude and really need to be trained in customer service! I will never go to this location again."
"We took our grand children to Sonic Drive In for a little outing after dinner. They were very excited to be outdoors and enjoying themselves. The strawberry ice cream with whipped cream is the best ever!! The server was amazing! She sat down with the children and asked them individually exactly what each of them wanted! I was really impressed with her! We left her a big tip! We will definitely be returning, and I recommend this store to anyone looking to get great customer service!"
