"The heavy set woman with dark hair and glasses working the drive thru window was not only pretty rude but not helpful whatsoever. You definitely shouldn’t have someone as judgmental as her working with scripts and individuals with mental health needs. Some resemblance of a decent customer service attitude is needed. Even if it’s just pretend. I would and will go out of my way to not have to deal with someone as degrading as her."

The cashiers at the front almost always offer a warm greeting when you walk through the door, and the employees always seem to be working diligently — no one is idling standing around. If one department is busier than another, the employees try to help each other out."
