"Ordered ahead and still got parked for 15 minutes with about 5 other cars. No one responded at the speaker for a few minutes so I pull up to the window and the woman cut me off mid sentence multiple times. Also gave me the wrong kind of nuggets, wrong size drink, and no sauce"
"We waited THIRTY MINUTES FOR OUR MOBILE ORDER. This is so unprofessional. We will NOT be returning here. Waited THIRTY minutes just our food to be served to us COLD. They made us wait on our mobile order because they had multiple mobile orders and wanted to "bring them all out at once." I hope the franchise owner sees this. This makes absolutely no sense as to why they wouldn't bring each order out as it got ready aside from the fact that they were too lazy to walk outside for each order."

"Busy Friday night just past 8:00pm, we're a 7-person car, 7 distinct orders... they nailed it. Food was hot, carefully assembled, and promptly supplied. Best fast food experience we could have hoped for."
"Food had a good taste but was not Hot or Fresh, Condiments were scarce, and tomatoes looked and tasted as if they had been Frozen, The Bun was barely lukewarm, My Drink when it was given to me, as I was sitting it down, spilled everywhere because the lid had not been put on properly. I spent the next ten minutes cleaning up the spill, and No, the food wasn't cold because of that, it was cold when it was given to us, burgers and fries seemed as though they had been sitting in a warming station. I am very Fond of Wendy's Food, so I was disappointed in the quality of this Visit."
