"I went there for a brick oven. Pizza And got an oven cooked pizza. I will not recommend this place to anybody.. if you’re not a brick oven pizza, don’t call yourself the brick."

"I hope to give it another try soon to see if it’s better. We’ve had bad experiences time and time again with the Grill, so with the Brick being like an extension of the Grill, we weren’t sure what to expect. It was one of their first times being open for lunch. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice. We were also surprised with the prices of the pizza - some local restaurants charge crazy amounts for small portions, but the price/quantity was good. I ordered their Margherita pizza. Overall the taste was good, but the spinach tasted bad or frozen and was very heavy on the pizza making it eh. Someone else in my party ordered the same thing and had the same feeling as well. We will definitely give it another try soon and see if there’s any improvements. Who knows - maybe this will become a new weekend takeout place to replace Dominos. Update: We’ve given it another try a few times. The food is always tastes great, but the menu doesn’t accurately reflect prices nor what you’re getting. They’ve also made mistakes with our order the past few times. We were charged more than what the items were listed for on the menu. When we asked about it the waitress said, oh sorry. On the first messed up order they apologized, but didn’t offer to remake it, so we just dealt with it. On amother visit we got another wrong order which they remade to make it right, but it was still an inconvenience having to drive back up there. I’m not sure if it’s a kitchen issue or management issue, but it seems like some things need to be corrected across the board. I understand mistakes happen, but three times in a row? We want to support a local business but dang!"

"I am a fat, Italian I am not a Pizza snob, I don't eat Pizza Hut, and Pizza from Box, I mean Frozen Box Pizza from grocery a store, is the only thing worse than Pizza Hut, but I love Pizza, who doesn't. I've eaten Brick Oven Pizza many times. It has a look and a taste, that's kind of distinct. Sadly the best thing I can compare the Pizza I ate here at the Brick recently(last week of 2023)to is DiGiorno's. It looked like a DiGiorno pizza that they added extra toppings to, I ate a piece and that was it, DiGiorno's. Great service great atmosphere, terrible pizza."
