"Service is always friendly and quick. The menu selection is diverse. The food is STELLAR. The “plates”, the sides, the salads, the “buckets”, and the sauces are amazing. I haven’t had a single item here that wasn’t enough for me to come back. Great job Thatcher’s crew."

"This place is always so good. Today, it was so fantastic I just had to give them a shout out. The waitress I had was so kind. The food came out quickly during prime time. The banana pudding was amazing—and not a tiny portion. The burger was fabulous. The fried pickles are superb. Paper towels are kept at the table for you as well as all condiments. Love that. I can never visit Calhoun without stopping in. 100/10 recommend."

"The pulled pork was prepared quite well. Sides were good. Staff very friendly and atmosphere great for a BBQ place. The portions are enough for at least 2 people for what I have tried."

"We loved the Porky Bucket and The Green Feather bucket (chicken and jalapeno). Pork platter was good but half of the pork was pretty dry. Fortunately, the sauce is good. Side choice is important. I had the sweet green beans which were very sweet (not a fan), the sweet potato tots, which I liked a lot, and onion rings which were good."

"A great southern BBQ place. Rustic atmosphere and great food offerings. The pulled pork and brisket were great. Potato salad could have used some salt and pepper. Fried pickles were yummy."
