"Took around 30 minutes to get order. The chicken wings are just terrible. It had been a long time since I've visited this location. Now I remember why. Avoid this place... Hopefully it will shut down and be replaced by a better restaurant."
"Waited for about 30 minutes at the speaker just to be told that they weren't taking anymore orders because they were backed up (no cars in parking lot), but the car behind had their order taken. The manager (Jacob in Calhoun, Ga) quickly shut the window in my face when I began to ask if I need to go in. It took about 3 minutes before I got the attention of an employee so I could get the store manager's number. First time service was absolutely horrible as well as being/ feeling disrespected. Didn't even get a chance to order or get any food."
"Popeyes food never fails but the people working there provide concern. While people in the back, who are cooking the food are wearing gloves; the people in the front putting the food together to be taken by the customer are not. Even if they are using tongs to grab food items they should be wearing gloves as they are still handing the box and inside paper. They also a little on the slow side and read out the items on the ticket instead of the ticket number. Staff need to be trained to be more hygienic and less confusing for the customers."
"Got food here a couple of weeks ago and it was terrible. The chicken was cold and tasted like grease. My wife threw hers away. Tried again tonight. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries and it was cold again, like it had been sitting all day. Total garbage. I'm tired of paying good money and getting food that is absolutely trash. Won't be going back to this location. The whole crew needs to be fired."
"It is with great admiration and satiation that wIth leave this review! This location not only exemplify professionalism, but also have has great problem solving skills. When a mistake was made it was quickly rectify in great fashion. This is how a fast food establishment should be ran! 5 STARS! Please keep up the good work!"
