"I had an online order of 2 fish & fries when we got there to pick it up the 2 orders of fish and fries and 10 shrimp . I picked it up my order and my wife check the sack there was only 1 fish and fries and all it had was 2 pieces of fish 9 shrimp no fries .2 hush puppies and cold slaw. Went back in told them then I got what I thought was the rest of the order .All I got was 1 piece of fish 2 hush puppies and a cold slaw the wife check the sack again I had to go back in and get to the 2 orders fries & a piece of fish to make the order right . It took 3 workers to fix the order. we will not visit this store again we had went to this store at least twice a month ."
"Ordered seafood feast and other meals totaling $65 upon arriving home 35min. Later and getting ready to eat had everything except the crabs & shrimp for the seafood feast drove back to get them asked if they would remake the seafood feast so we wouldn't have to eat 1 1/2 hour cold fish & fries they refused I didn't think my request was unreasonable for their mistake"
"My "steamed" broccoli was actually cold, and so was my rice that came with my salmon dinner. It was my first time there so I did not know you couldn't get water from their water fountain on the soda machine, no one informed me of that when I ordered water. But other than those things the staff was friendly and the service was good."

"Went to pick up my order and 3 of 5 of my plates was wrong when I got back home! Every plate had fries and slaw when it was told as my receipt states baked potato and green beans and extra fries! Called them and they said it has to be tonight but would only replace what they messed up on so expect my family to eat cold food?? Wow!!! Incredible."
