"This is our third inground pool. Our experience with Kobs has been excellent. Chris was our contact, and he helped design the pool and made several suggestions. We went back and forth with a few modifications until we found a design that worked with our price range. We were building a new house at the same time, so some coordination was required between the builder and Kobs. Everything went extremely well, including the start date and the time for completion of the pool. We had some nagging hardware issues with the salt cell panel, but Marcus stayed on the job until it was resolved. Marcus was also very patient and informative when it came time to balance the pool. He spent way more time with me than the other pool companies did. The communication with Kobs Pools is great. Mandi is very responsive to the emails, and people were dispatched quickly every time. Great overall experience, and I would definitely use them again."
