"I paid my insurance every month on time. for the last 3 months I get a notice of cancellation for non-payment. then this company charges extra money every other month and acts like it's my fault.when they are making changes with out giving a notice.the people at this location denies knowing why changes and threatning cancellation letters is sent out..."

"This company or should I say this particular location sucks really bad. The customer service skills that I have experienced within this particular location if unacceptable I have never witnessed an insurance company or insurance agents that are so unaware of what is going on that it is ridiculous. I’ve personally do not recommend this insurance agency or this particular location to anyone. This is the last time that I will ever deal with them. And I do hope that they begin to lose business based off of their customer service skills and the fact that they have no knowledge of what they are doing in Laymans terms they suck."
