Prepared to be talked down to, hung up on, and generally treated like your pain is not important. I have attempted to come back several(three times!) times because I love the dentists, so much, but every time I change my mind due to how awful I am treated by the front desk and when I call in. I wish I could give them no stars. So disgusted."

"Dr Brown is awesome and Dr riddley did great with my son's work. But the front desk leaves a lot to be disired not very friendly and treated me like I was stupid when I was confused when both my children were scheduled for the same time. Wouldn't let me make an appointment without knowing insurance for my husband but no problem for my daughter. Apparently doing her job was too much to ask. Five stars for the Dr s though"
