"My family has been seeing Dr Brown and Dr Greenberg for several years. We have been happy even though they stay booked up and it is hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. The problem is with my daughter’s care and her wisdom teeth. She had an appointment with X-rays in July. She never saw a dentist at that visit because they were out of the office. She was told all was well and sent on her way. By September she is experiencing jaw pain, swelling, and headaches. We contacted the dentist office thinking it may be her wisdom teeth and asking for guidance on what to do and where to go. The dentist would not call us back. After multiple attempts to talk to a dentist, I finally found an oral surgeon who would see us without a referral. Turns out all 4 wisdom teeth are seriously impacted and are causing her serious pain. My problem with Dr Greenberg is that she neglected to tell us her wisdom teeth were impacted and needed to come out at her appointment in early July. We could have had this surgery done over the summer before she had to spend a whole semester away at college dealing with jaw pain. There is no way those wisdom teeth weren’t visible on the X-rays taken at her last cleaning appointment. My family will be finding a new dentist who has time to care for us and return our calls when we are seeking guidance."

"they kept charging me with things my insurance approved and then wouldn't do all the work that was approved last time I came they were supposed to do a resin crown on my tooth instead they filled it then they get rude when they get pointed out on their mistakes a year ago I had a crown put on they tried to charge me for the servace even tho my insurance approved and the dentist put a wrong code in and the work they did my teeth now hurt"

"I have called several times trying to get in and they say they don’t take my insurance after putting me on hold 2 times and never coming back on the phone so I call them back and they say they are not taking new patients but instead of asking me if I was a new patient they hang up. I call back and try to explain to them I’ve been there before and they said the wait time is in March. I’ve been here before and do a lot of business with most local businesses because I’m a local. Been here all my life but the customer/Patient service is the rudest I’ve come across besides our local McDonalds. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to be kind these days. Hopefully this will be corrected and apparently we are in high demand for dentists in our little town. Ok then"

"Just had the WORST experience at this office! The receptionist was RUDE and Dr. Brown didn’t even bother to take an X-ray before saying that I needed a root canal! Luckily for me my Dad is a retired dentist and told me to go somewhere else bc you can’t just tap on a tooth to decide if someone needs a root canal! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not go!!"
