"After leaving a message (about two weeks before my policy was set to expire) to review my policy and potentially add some business, Pam Lamb was unable to return my phone call. I don't believe in trying to run people down to give them money- especially since I had been handed off from who I originated the business with since I wasn't a premium client- so I went with another insurer and got the coverage I needed for about half the price. I had been with them for 4 or so years. It was only after I unsubscribed from their useless emails that I actually got a call- which was a week after my policy had lapsed with them. So, the one thing they are supposed to be good at- service- they can't deliver. Use someone else."
