"When I tell you I was blown away by the level of care and commitment from Yummy Pools, I mean it. I am not one to leave reviews - ever - but I felt compelled to write this one as they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Even before my first meeting with him, Casey has been nothing but wonderful. They really care about their customers’ happiness. The team is prompt, responsive, and best of all, knows what they are doing! Deserve more than 5 stars for sure. Don’t look anywhere else for your pool needs (trust me I called everywhere and half of them didn’t even bother calling back). This team is it!"

"SERVICE UPDATE: The team from the prior company which serviced our pool no longer had assignment to us since latter part of July - with the initiation of their service our water was crystal clear - provided by a long time provider who obtained a commercial opportunity and left residential. The pictures taken as a part of the weekly report didn't show progress and prompted a "rescue team" which included the owner!!! Within 2 days our water was clear and beyond beautiful - finger crossed to maintain this clarity for the remainder of the summer! We received a new Technician "Chris (only one person vs two) who each week has been diligent with the weekly appointment, knowledgeable, professional with business presentation - and most importantly talented to maintain the clarity creating a beautiful pool! We are so grateful and appreciative to Chris for providing consistency! Algae has been very persistent with us this summer, for the month of July we were only able to use the pool during the first week. Pictures are taken by the service tech on each visit that had not shown improvement to clarity. On Jul 29th, day after being serviced, the “owner” showed up at my home with another tech - and started a pool rework! I had not called to discuss my issue but was sincerely grateful that this new company (recently purchased by YUMMY Pools, Casey) was attentive to the lack of improvement and interested beyond just taking my payments. "We have been searching for a reliable pool company to help with the maintenance or our pool since we moved in to our home 9 years ago. Over the years other companies have seemed to always find a way to let us down. Not coming as scheduled, sending overworked and frustrated employees, over charging for their services, over charging for chemicals, we never knew what to expect when our monthly bill was due. UNTIL we found Yummy Pools this year. This has been the first pool season in almost a decade that we've been able to sit back and relax and just enjoy our beautifully maintained pool. Our service tech Josh has always showed up when scheduled, with a great attitude and has always been open to share feedback on how we can help on our end to keep our pool looking amazing. Yummy Pools has always been fair with their pricing and has never over charged us for any chemicals. We even receive a report every week with exactly what they did and a Before and After photo of our pool. The team members in the office as well as the actual owner of the company Casey have always been hands on and open to taking our phone calls with any questions or concerns we've ever had. It's just this simple, everyone actually CARES about our overall customer experience! If you are looking for the best pool company to love on your pool you have found it with Yummy Pools!"

"Yummy Pools is made up of a bunch of genuinely nice people who care about the quality of their work. They turned my pool around 180° in a matter of days and I couldn’t be happier. Kind, responsive, and good at what they do. What more could you ask for? Attached “before and after” pics shows the difference after just 2 visits. Amazing!!"

"We inherited Yummy Pools when our old pool company went out of business. We had only had one company to this point so only one expectation. We found out soon that our old expectation was too low. Yummy did a much better job serving our pool and they sent a lot more information after each service. They are also able to repair pools which made it convenient when the filter started leaking. I texted over the weekend about the leak and let them know it was fine to call me Monday. But they called me right away and got rolling. We recommend Yummy Pools!"
