"My Dad has been having his RXs filled here for at least 15yrs+ maybe more. All I know is that they know him by name(almost by his DOB too..lol) & his RXs have definitely always been tended to. I say that bc whenever there's been a new drug called in or ordered in for him, it's like they want to make sure that he knows the cost & what it is before they're picked up. And especially if it could interact with any of his other meds. My Dad has 5 physician's care he is under! An interaction between meds can sometimes be overlooked, so it's nice to know that there is another barrier of questioning done before we bring it home & it hurts him. These folks definitely take care of their customers. I think better than most "home town" establishments even do."

Mr. pharmacist decided not to give me a medication prescribed by the hospital after I went in there for EMERGENCY issues including difficulty breathing and throat inflammation. Very unprofessional to think your OPINION is more valid than a fellow colleagues and refuse to fill a prescription based on the same pure arrogance of his opinion."

"I have used this pharmacy twice now and the ONLY reason I will go back is because GoodRx says they have the cheapest price for my Rx. I have interacted with maybe 4 people here and only 1 was pleasant. They act like you are an inconvenience to them and they hate their jobs. The worst part- and the reason I am writing this- is that they apparently close every day for lunch or something. The problem is they don't post this anywhere. No sign, nothing online. So i had no idea. I went last week in the afternoon to pick up my rx and the doors were all shut and a huge sign says "prescription department closed." So I am wondering "closed permanently??" What is going on? So i didn't get my rx that day because there was no evidence that they would open back up shortly. Later that day i get a text reminding me to pick up my rx! So I go a few days later when i have time on my lunch break and its closed again!!!! I am ticked at this point. So i call their # and hit 0 to talk to the pharmacy (as i am standing in front of it) and they say , we are closed and will reopen at 2pm. Well luckily it was 1:55 but i was in a hurry. again, its my lunch break. They open the doors at 2:02 but nobody comes to the register until 2:05. We're all standing there in line and nobody even looks at us. Finally someone comes to help. No smile, no greeting. Just "can i help you?" If u are going to close every day at a certain time u have to post it so ppl know!! That was so irritating. So if u can help it, don't use this pharmacy. No customer service"

"They always get he job done very quickly for me! I call in before I start shopping and by the time I'm done my medications are always ready! I've been very satisfied with this pharmacy!"
