"I had previously (11 months ago) given them a 5 star rating. I grew frustrated having checks clear but the money not be credited to my account and having to send copies of cleared checks to have my account corrected. The last service was poor and the service manager came out to check the work and called the cleaners back to clean the pool properly. We cancelled service after waiting 3 weeks for someone to work on our booster pump. The person who could diagnose/fix it never came, yet Renae offered to have the pump replaced for $600. Another company came by and it was a $15 part that, apparently, fails regularly."
"They did our pool and left big creases down the middle of the pool as well as there is a rock or piece of concrete sticking up through the liner. When I called his wife she was very pleasant and said she would make sure it was fixed correctly. Tom said, when he did it, that he had to wait until warmer weather to fix it. Summer came and went. I kept calling. Finally he came and out and said he didn't see anything wrong with it. Now I have to find another pool company to completely redo my entire liner. Its very sad to treat your customers like that. Horrible service. Very short tempered and rude."
"By far the best pool company in the area. From their extensive knowledge on repairs to the BEST pool cleaning equipment, I wouldn’t consider calling any other company. They put in a new liner for us a few days ago. Very professional and fit perfectly - the last liner put in (not by Aquapro) was measured slightly too short and with the difference in how the new one fits compared to the other look, this one looks great. You will not be disappointed."
"I had 2 pumps replaced today by Aqua Pro of PTC. They gave me an appointment faster than any other local pool company. Taylor and his assistant arrived timely, were courteous and knowledgeable. The installation went well and they checked all the fittings and ran the pumps. They left the worksite clean. I could have bought the pumps cheaper online but Aqua Pro offered a 3 year warranty rather than the factory 1 year. And I know it was correctly installed. So yes, I was satisfied with Aqua Pro.
