"The maintenance arm of this company has been great but the builder arm of the company has been disappointing and unreliable. This project took over two years to complete once they started the work —which was already 16 months after I signed my contract. The pool sat in my yard for a month, in my neighbors yard for six months, and I had to hire another company after the install to fix and clean the mess they left behind. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Shawn since July 2023 with no luck. I paid for my automatic pool cover with install and they’ve completely ghosted me."
