"Encompass came through for me when I needed a medication hours before my scheduled injection time. Unfortunately, they are out of network with my insurance so I had to self-pay $500 for one med that I needed over the weekend until my insurance company could finalize a prior authorization. It would have only cost me $60 under my insurance to fill this one med. In the end, I was able to schedule the medication over the phone for same day pickup. It takes them two hours to fill an order and the last pickup time is 7:00 pm. Thanks to Encompass I was able to continue my treatment plan and get the medication I needed in an emergency. The emergency after hours phone line also came in handy over the weekend to help me transfer the medication to another speciality pharmacy that accepts my insurance and to receive the remaining supply that I need for the entirety of my treatment. I am so grateful for this company and the wonderful customer service they provided during a stressful moment."

"My medicine has always been shipped on time. I’ve never had a problem and they have been very accommodating. I always forget to reorder my progesterone until the day before I’m going to run out and they get it to me within 24 hours. I live in VA and overnight shipping is available for me. For those of you ordering timely medication, make sure that you have your medicine paid for and shipped 7 to 10 days in advance. If you wait until the last minute, accept the fact that there could be potential delays for reasons outside of their control. Waiting until the last minute is not a good idea especially for something as important as fertility treatments or IVF. Also, your doctor should put the orders in. All you should have to do is call in and pay. If you call in before 10:00 AM, it will be shipped faster."

"I’m surprised to see the other lower ratings because I had such a great experience. Shady grove initially sent me to another pharmacy where I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and they said it was at least 35 minute hold. Shady grove then referred me here and I IMMEDIATELY got to talk to someone. Better than that, they ran the medication thru insurance and one was actually covered. The first pharmacy told me two medicines would be $246 and that the one wasn’t covered. Encompass told me my charge was $85 for both! Arrived the next day. I cannot say how pleased I was with this company. And I will make sure Shady grove knows of my positive experience with them and hopefully they refer more people here instead of the other pharmacy. People need their medications on time ESPECIALLY when it comes to having a baby which is very time dependent."
