"They are great when you are buying a hot tub. After that, good luck. We have been trying to get a repair for at least 4 months. We have been extremely patient after several promised, but unreturned phone calls and an appointment that was scheduled and no one showed up and then another promised, but unreturned phone call. I am pretty much done with this place."

"Needed a part to fix a hot tub, they close at 5. Tried to call numerous times, but VM said they were with a customer or on the other line. Get there at 4:50, sign says open, but doors are locked. As I sit in the parking lot calling around to locate a part, about 5:20 two females unlock front door, lock doors behind them, walk out, get in their cars and leave. Guess they got tired of waiting on me to leave. If this is how they do business, I’ll never return. Nobody wants to work and do their jobs these days! On the flip side, the Blairsville location stayed on the phone after hours and tried to help me. Didn’t get part, but at least they tried which I more than I can say for the Blue Ridge location!"

"I purchased a hot tub several years ago from Spa and Deck Creations. Even today when I have questions or need something additional Shannon is very quick to help guide and advise. She is very knowledgeable about the hot tubs and equipment. On the rare occasion that I have asked a question that she did not immediately know the answer she has called the manufacturer to get answers. If I ever consider another hot tub I will definitely be calling Shannon to begin talking about all of the options."
