"Senior Citizens Beware! CVS refused to give a refund even with receipt. I attempted to return an obviously defective item and was refused the return even though I provided them a receipt. I was told call a special number which I did. I asked for the phone number of the CVS corporate headquarters and they refused. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to allow me to speak to a manager. Apparently they don't like it if you return things even if they are defective. I do not recommend CVS."
