They take the time to listen to your concerns and are very personable and caring. I would highly recommend this medical clinic to everyone!"

"I have been going to this Clinic for 3 years and seeing (Dr. Antolini?). I've seen him 3 times in 3 years. He's never once made me a follow up appointment or told me if I had a problem or needed something to call. I call him my paperwork Dr. because the only thing he has done for me in 3 years has been filling out my disability paperwork. He has a bad attitude and no compassion or empathy for someone that has been disabled for 20 years. He doesn't even know what all is wrong with me even though I left 15 years worth of medical records with him to review that he kept for a year. I bet he never read the first page. I had a Social Security review in 2018 to update my eligibility for SSDI and when I asked him if he had received a copy he said not yet. He asked if they still determined me to be disabled? If you were doing your job you would know that I was. He hasn't tried any treatment or any kind of medication in the 3 years I've been going to this dump. Remind you I'm 100% disabled. He once recommended I do rowing for exercise. I have bone spurs, closing vertebrae and progressive arthritis in my neck. Something he's never even checked or sent me for an x-ray. I told him I had neck problems (x-rays in my medical records that he never looked at)and he said raise your arm and I did and he said you look fine. When I went in June 2019 to get my disability paperwork filled out for my life insurance he again questioned my disability by stupidly and with no empathy saying you know how to work a phone don't you? (Implying that I should get a job answering phones) By the way I was totally disabled in 2004 for having 2 deteriorating hips. Avascular Necrosis to be exact and was determined to be totally disabled because I did physical work for a living. I had a good doctor for 14 years and he unfortunately he died in his sleep one night. I've had to doctors since then and both have been terrible. I think Mr. Antolini needs to turn in his medical licence and get a job at Burger King and I'm not real sure he could handle that job. After every appointment I've had at Access Health they send me a survey and I fill it out each time telling them how bad of a job he does. This time I attached my name and phone number and checked yes on the box for them to contact me. They never have. I think Mr. Antolini and Access Health need to be turned into the Medical Board. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for any reason even minor."
