Publix Pharmacy at Perimeter

"Pharmacy called today to notify me of an issue with my prescription. She didn’t provide me full information, I tried to ask her to please give me more context. She cut me off before I could even finish my sentence and spoke very tersely and impatiently to me. Repeated herself more slowly like I was an idiot. I had to stop her and ask her to please let me ask my question before she would explain what the issue was. I did not get her name. I ask that the pharmacist who just made a call to me to please treat your patients with more respect and kindness in the future. There was zero need to treat me the way you just did."

"Andrea saved my life. She stayed open for me after getting released from the hospital with kidney stones at 9pm. She’s the best and needs an award. I tried to tip her but she refused with a smile. THANK YOU ANDREA!!!"

"One of the most horrible experience ever. Today I went to get a refill on a prescription. When I went to the pickup register to inform what I was picking up an Employee by the name of Andrea assist me. After giving my information and what I was coming to get a refill on. I was notified to wait 5/10 mins at the latest. There I politely stand back while the prescription was to get refill. However I watched one customers after me get assistant. 2nd customer comes in and notice a customer after her get notice while she was she never she ever to be address. Meanwhile I’m still waiting. Next the male employee tell me to stand back or walk off somewhere till my prescription was filled. That’s not what Andrea informed me to do. However he wasn’t in the presence and coming off completely RUDE as hell informing me to stand back or walk off. Very unprofessional. He was however on the phone the whole complete time so therefore he didn’t know what was what before coming in the picture to say what he said. Customers are supposed to be first and for the looks of it this sure wasn’t it. I would go deep into what I saw but it not for the internet but Publix Store Manager will be seeing me and this will reach its highest. Note: don’t ever come in a picture if you don’t know what your colleague informed to a customer to do from the very beginning while you was on the phone assisting someone else. 09/06/2022 at 11:30pm"

"I shop at other Publix stores and this was the first time shopping here. I did a curbside pickup, waited 15 mins, called and she said oh just come in. When I called the woman didn’t ask me my name or anything to try to find my order she just sat quiet for 5 mins before I asked for a manager. If I wanted to come in I wouldn’t had did a curbside. This is ridiculous I will never shop at this Publix I will go the other one near by and I’m writing corporate a letter."
