"I didn’t know it was possible to be in love with a pharmacy. I’ve been going here for going on 5 years and I’ve bragged about this place. Told everyone who even kind of brought of the subject of pharmacies about how great this one is. They are so fast, so friendly, it’s the same people all the time. I love them."

"Both Steve and the female pharmacist are awesome, I have been going there for 7 years now. There has been many times they have been helpful with pricing, and discounts, answered difficult questions, the medication I take is expensive and regulated. I have seen other posts reviews have said they are more expensive then other pharmacies, you have to think Carter’s is a small chain mom and pop pharmacy, Walgreens / CVS can eat the cost on your script and make it up elsewhere due to there volume. I will gladly pay a little more, and have a non judgmental pharmacist, who treats you with dignity and respect! I literally drive over a hour to fill my scrips, and will continue to do so! Thanks for your service"

"Pharmacy itself is fine - very quick to fill prescriptions. However, the hours they have are misleading. I work 8:30-5, so I had to take off 30 minutes early to pick up a prescription that I cannot miss a dose of and cannot call my doctor for her to send it somewhere else. I arrived at 5:08 and they were closed. So now I cannot take my medication tonight & have to take more time off work tomorrow. With the type of medication I am on, this is extremely inconvenient and unpleasant. I probably won’t use this pharmacy again after getting this specific prescription filled."

"I have been a customer of Carter's Pharmacy for several years! In that time, the only problems that have popped up were all related to the insurance company! Just dealing with the large pharmacy chains, I never felt comfortable enough to give a pharmacy a healthy dose of my trust. Then in 2012, my mom was diagnosed with 2 forms of brain cancer. During her treatment period I dealt with so many errors, several which could have been detrimental had I not caught them! I had no trust in pharmacies. Having to spend hours going through dozens of medications, counting and recounting. Checking logo imprints, dose size and making sure nothing had negative interactions with existing medications... it is not a situation that fosters trust! I can honestly say that trust has been reestablished with Carter's. To the extent I happily drive 60-90 minutes, one way, to get to their store from my home! They have earned the 5 star rating!"

"I use Carters pharmacy often, and they have always had great service every time I go in there. They are quick and always treat me with respect. Until this past visit to the pharmacy where I met the male pharmacist on staff. I had never seen him in there before so I don't know his name, but he was very rude and wasn't able to answer a single question I had. It is sad to have this experience here because the two female pharmacist are always nice and will always try to help you with any questions or concerns. I'm pretty sure that this one visit to carters will ruin my perception of the business. Good thing there's a lot of other pharmacies around that would be glad to have my business."
