"Truly wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. I have always had good experiences in different Publix locations. Yet this location did nothing, but disappoint me. Ahem, let me rephrase that pharmacy technician Kathy disappointed me. Her attitude was nasty. She spoke to me with total disrespect in her voice, the pharmacist who was beside her said nothing. Will be contacting corporate."

"Most of the people that this pharmacy are very helpful and nice. However Kathy always seems to have a nasty attitude and is very dismissive and presumptive. I called about a medication that has been on back order for weeks. I asked her if she knew any other pharmacies that may have it. She got really exasperated and rude when telling me it is a manufacturing issue and on ack order for pretty much every pharmacy. Which is FINE. But the dismissive tone is uncalled for. Maybe because it’s a controlled substance? But it’s my prescription that I haven’t been able to get for several weeks so I’m running out. I don’t need the attitude from Kathy."

"My wife and I had to change over from Kroger Pharmacy to Publix because of insurance!! I have not been real happy with prices and customer service and today I had a prescription filled and the price on the app said $7.02!! My wife went to pick it up and asked if it would be cheaper through GoodRX and was told they don't do that and that she, my wife, would have to do that herself and it was $7.02 today!!! I checked GoodRX and the price, AT PUBLIX was $2.33!!! Kroger automatically checked insurance, RX discounts and coupons and charged us the lowest prices and Publix can't even check when we ask???!!!! We will be looking into other Pharmacies!!!"

"This previously has been a great pharmacy to deal with. However, past 6 months or so, I have encountered a couple of the rudest technicians I have ever dealt with anywhere. I know their jobs are tough in today's world but that is no excuse to treat customers rudely. What horrible attitudes!!"
