"Took prescription to them on Wednesday on 7/15/2020 and had to leave with them because it is a compound for our dog who has had 2 blood transfusions they said 48 to 72 hours to get this made up. Called on Monday 07/20/2020 and they said they didn’t have the prescription!!! I told them time, date , and the little blond that took it ! Was not happy at this point. She came back and said she found it in the back,whatever it hat means. Anyway now it’s going to be longer ! And our baby has been without this medication 5 days now. Dr wasn’t happy about this either. Won’t be going back. I’ll find another pharmacy the makes compounds !! I suggest they train there people the correct way to get the prescription to the pharmacist"
"Horrible experience, witnessed a worker speak badly about another coworker and was just extremely hurting her feelings over a little mistake. For Medicine Cabinet to let that happen is just unbelievable you’re supposed to be on the same team, why bring a friend down and say hurtful things. Her name was Taylor and she was being completely unprofessional and the experience is just horrible, never coming here again."
