"TLDR:medical professional reports pharmacy has poor practices and questionable safety standards. I’m not from here and travel a lot, but this was the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. When called to the register the employee whose name badge indicated she’d been there for 5 yeahs said, “Hey.” curtly. Then I was forced to do a pharmacist consult even though I told them I’m an RN and did not need simple medication explained to me. This consult was not private and frankly I heard every medication everyone else was picking up while waiting. I believe the forced pharmacist consult how they have a pharmacist check your medication as I saw a pharm tech counting medication and bottling it then putting it directly in the bag to be given to people picking up their meds. As a medical professional I would not trust this pharmacy to fill medication that does not come prepackaged (ie. A Z-pack). Additionally I would recommend not going here as they declined my right to refuse and then violated any sense of privacy or HIPPA by making me state my name then going over each and every medication and a non- private setting. Walgreens is busy but has superior hours and practices."

"Rude staff and can’t give you straight answer on anything. All different excuses of why they can’t do something and it’s either the dr or the insurance to blame."

"LOVE this pharmacy! The staff are always so friendly and helpful! There's a new girl working there that's been extremely hateful and rude though. She's always got an attitude and doesn't seem to know much about her job. Very upsetting when elderly family members have questions about their meds and they get attitude from a teenage girl. I recommend this pharmacy but ONLY if she isn't there. Thinking about switching if management doesn't ensue respect in their new employees."

"I have used this pharmacy for several years. I just want to say , that I absolutely love Wesley! The entire staff is great, but Wesley is usually the one I have the pleasure of speaking to. I just called him with a question about my son's medicine (I was going to be overcharged), and after a 30 second hold he had found the problem and said he would get it fixed by the end of business today. I love this pharmacy! - Jessica Brown"

"These people do not care about your health! They argue with you about things they have no idea about and will not fill your prescription on time even if your insurance allows. My prescriptions need to be filled at least a day ahead! I thought they would be the best for me considering I am fifty six years old and need a lot of medications due to heart and chronic anxiety disorder. They don't care! I RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS PHARMACY!"
